Remembrance of Allah
Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest
Good which Your servant and Prophetۖ asked
O Allah! Indeed I ask You of all good which Your servant and Prophetۖ asked for and I seek refuge in You from all evils that Your servant and Prophetۖ sought refuge from.
Proclaimed for the Salaah
“O you who believe (Muslims)! When the call is proclaimed for the Salaah (prayer) on Friday (Jumu‘ah prayer), come to the remembrance of Allaah
Straight path
“O Allah! I ask You for guidance and a straight path”
Beneficial knowledge
O Allah! I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provision and acceptable deeds.
Expand Your provisions
“O Allah! Expand Your provisions for me near old age and till the end of my life”
Expiate of one year sins
Abu Qatadah narrated that : the Prophet ﷺ said: “Fast the Day of Ashura, for indeed I anticipate that Allah will forgive (the sins of) the year before it.”
Friday Congregation
Ibn al-Qayyim [رحمه الله] said: “The Friday prayer is from the greatest of congregations of the Muslims.”
Guide me to good morals
O Allah! Guide me to good morals, no one can guide me to good morals except You, and remove bad morals from me, no one can remove bad morals from me except You
The Virtue of Fasting in Muharram
“Abu Haraira (RA) reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
