رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّآ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِیعُ العَلِیمُ
“Accept this from us, O Rabb, You are the one who hears all and knows all.
This dua was read by Ibrahim and Ismail A.S. when they completed the building of the Ka’bah. The lesson is that a person must not be satisfied with actions only. Rather, after the action, be humble and beg Allah to accept it. After completing a highly lofty action, Ibrahim A.S. did not express pride, rather he asked Allah to accept the action.
