رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَآ إِن نَّسِينَآ أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
O our Rabb! Take us not to task if we forget or unwittingly do wrong!
There are so many mistakes and sins that we commit everyday. Even if we try to remain conscious of not sinning, we can still fall in sin because of our forgetfulness and mistakes. May Allah forgive all of our major and minor sins and cleanse our souls.
